be part of an amazing team that provides aid to those in need of obtaining an ID as well as individuals needing help obtaining their birth certificate. We assist with filling out forms, answering questions, and getting necessary documentation. Op-ID volunteers work at the front desk, answer phone calls, interview clients, or provide administrative assistance
be part of facilitating, coaching, or assisting with our various programs that help individuals build a strong foundation and acquire the skills they need to move out of poverty, improve financial habits, improve relationships, and achieve stability.
a hidden oasis adjacent to our campus that grows food year-round for those in need in our community. Come out and learn how to grow fruits and vegetables that thrive in our Houston climate. Opportunities Tuesday mornings, Sunday afternoons, as well as their First Saturday Serve, which happens the first Saturday afternoon of each month.
MSM Prayer Team
join a group that is committed to praying diligently for Main Street Ministries. You will be sent prayer requests and praises from our staff and participants twice a month, and be kept up to date with various happenings in the organization. We are so grateful for our Prayer Team!
Sponsor a MSM Graduation
join with your family, friends, or your group at church or work in sponsoring one of our incredible Getting Ahead or Family Hope graduations. Groups provide light finger foods and décor for (usually) around 25-40 attendees.
