Dear Main Street Ministries Family,
It is with deep gratitude and heartfelt sadness that the Board of Directors announces the departure of our Executive Director, Deysi Crespo.
During her tenure, Deysi’s impact on the lives of our families, volunteers, and staff, working in close partnership with the Board of Directors, has been profound and lasting. She has led Main Street Ministries with joy, compassion, and a spirit of unity that strengthened every aspect of our work.
Under Deysi’s leadership, the organization experienced measurable growth and increased outcomes across our programs. She championed operational efficiencies, deepened community engagement, and expanded volunteer involvement, all while remaining steadfast in our mission. Deysi consistently credits these accomplishments to God, the dedicated team who answered the call to serve in unity, as well as to every church partner, donor, and volunteer who so generously gives their time, talent, and treasure in support of our families.
We are deeply grateful for Deysi’s passion for service and the strong foundation she leaves behind. Her contributions will continue to shape our ministry for years to come.
The Board of Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Esmeralda Reyes as Interim Executive Director. Esmeralda has faithfully served at Main Street Ministries for nearly 10 years, demonstrating unwavering commitment to our mission and the families we serve. She brings deep institutional knowledge, strong relationships within our community, and a servant’s heart to this role. Esmeralda is honored and humbled to lead during this transition and is committed to continuing the work with the same excitement, dedication, excellence, and unity that define our ministry.
The Board will begin a thoughtful and prayerful search process for the next Executive Director. We ask for your continued prayers and support as we enter this new chapter, confident in the strength of our mission and the faithfulness of our community.
